As two sisters passionate about having exquisite, high
quality handbags and accessories that are reasonably priced, we regularly scour
the nooks and corners of the world to find products that met our needs. Our search has always found us unique
products, which at times are made of eco-friendly materials by skilled craftsmen. Proud of the constant compliments we have received
from our friends, we have decided to share our “finds” with all the women of
the world. And so, in 2009 we are
launching our business under the name All
That AndMore.Net.
At All
That AndMore.Net we have converted our passion for handbags and
accessories into a mission where we want to provide today’s women with the same
large selection that we go and seek for ourselves in a convenient and friendly
manner.
To serve you - Our Customers, we are pledging:

continuously bring to you a large and constantly changing variety of
exquisitely designed handbags and accessories;
(ii)
To keep
searching the “nooks and cranny’s” of the world for unique products;
(iii)
To keep
our products reasonably priced and affordable;
(iv)
To make
your shopping experience with us friendly, convenient and interesting;
(v)
To ensure
that we do our share of keeping our earth “green and sustainable”, we will:

keep expanding
our product line of eco-friendly handbags and accessories and ensure that are
in step with today’s fashions;
b.
keep
expanding the use of skilled craftsmen who produce our eco-friendly handbags
and accessories.
(vi) To promote entrepreneurship within our
craftsman and the developing world, we will donate 10% of our profits to
micro-lending causes and organizations.
It is our intent to keep you, “our customers” fully informed of our
progress.
POLICIES OF OUR BUSINESS:
PRODUCT VARIATION:
While we have made every effort to ensure that our
product pictures accurately represent our actual product, at times there may be
color variations which are caused by lighting, screen resolution and other
similar factors all of which are beyond our control.
SHIPPING:
Our prices are inclusive of standard ground (8-10 days)
shipping within the continental United States.
For Overnight or 2nd day delivery, extra
charges will apply based on USPS or similar courier rates.
For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and locations outside the
United States, extra charges will apply based on USPS or similar courier rates.
RETURNS:
We want to ensure maximum satisfaction to you and do
realize that on occasion you may not be satisfied with our product. Hence, without asking you any reason, we
will accept the return of our product, so long as you return it to us within
seven (7) days from the date of your receipt.
To ensure that we are efficient with your returns, please
follow the following process:
(a) Prior
to returning, e-mail us with –
(i) Your name, full address, contact e-mail and
phone number,
(ii) Invoice number and item number of the product
being returned,
(iii)
If you
would like an exchange or a refund,
(iv)
Reason
for the return
(b)
Please
ship the return to us at the address provided on the Invoice. A copy of the Invoice must be included in
the return package, to avoid delay in the processing of the return.
Please be aware that:
(1)
The
amount refunded will be the cost of the product as per the invoice LESS $9.00 to
cover our cost to ship the product to you.
(2)
The cost
of the return shipment will be at your expense and is not reimbursable.
(3)
We
reserve the right to withhold the refund if the product is not returned to us
in its original condition.
